Zoe standing, with a little help from Genevieve. This is her favourite new exercise- she actually likes this one and doesn't yell at us (too much) while she is doing it. Sometimes she will reach up and touch our faces, particularily Gavin's- she likes the roughness of his beard. She is all about beards, actually; she loves touching faces in general and particularily anyone with facial hair. The music is, of course, Bob Marley and the Wailer's "Get Up, Stand Up."

Thank you so much for posting this so soon! I am definitely going to try this today. I can't believe how strong Zoe is and how she can push up pretty much all by herself. That is great! If you have any other cool therapy suggestions I'm all ears. Good luck. Zoe is so cute I just want to squeeze her. Love the curls!
This was a tough exercise to learn how to do. At times it sort of seemed like squishing Zoe into a pretzel. If anyone wants more info on how to do it, hand positions, where to hold the kid, safety concerns, etc. please let us know and we can give you some hints. But who knew Zoe was so tall?
